Pinball and Parts LLC vouches for our products and guarantees your satisfaction with every order. If you have changed your mind or realized you ordered the wrong model, you have 30 days to make a return. Email us at email@example.com. An RMA and shipping label will be issued to you within 7 business days. Then send the unused item back in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible less a 20% restocking fee.
Here is a list of the requirements needed to be eligible for the Return & Refunds Policy:
- Product must be in original resalable condition.;
- All electrical parts, electrical motors, and controllers are not returnable.;
- Free from scratches and/or defects.;
- Never been installed or used.
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documents.
- No writing or labels on the packaging or merchandise.
- Items received past the 30 days or without an RMA will be disposed of.
- Clearance items and special orders will not qualify for return unless defective.
- It is recommended that you return products in a protective outer box to ensure you receive the full return value less the 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
- Return freight charges will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged or was shipped incorrectly.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund status and amount once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or Bitcoin account. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.
